I think Butcher has a bit of Pantalone and The Doctor's characteristics and objectives in the show.
I think Pantalone because Pantalone loves money and is also very stingey with it.
In scene 1 and 2, Butcher shows this a lot with Dockland scheme, because he's trying to con Dogsborough into buying the docks so him and the other Cauliflower men get the money.
The Doctor I think links back to Butcher because Butcher thinks he's really clever for coming up with this big elaborate con to get the money off Dogsborough, when really Dogsorough really knows what Butcher is up too-(you find that out in scene 3).
I think Butchers animal is similar to a peacock, because he's bit of a creep in scene two towards Dogsborough, so it's like a peacock showing off his beautiful feathers to get what he wants.
I feel like Butcher moves like a leopard stalking his prey, moving really swiftly and cautiously-(in the second scene).
I think when he isn't after anything, and is relaxed he's very confident, so maybe a bird of prey. Confident, proud and always of the look out for someone/something weaker than him to catch into a trap.
The Woman:
I'm not sure which Commedia Del'Arte The Woman is, as you don't find out much about her. You only see her crawl from under the truck in a state of shock.
Same with her animal.
However, what I can relate the Woman too is humanity today.
There are so many problems all round the world, like Russia, Tunisia, North Korea and in many other countries around the world.
I feel like the Woman is one of the most important characters in the whole show, even though she's only in one scene.
I think this because she's a representation of everybody who is getting murdered around the world and the audience will hopefully realise this when they watch the scene and think of what's going on all around the world.
